Due to Covid-19, there may be delays to shipments to some locations

All orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post, DHL eCommerce and SF Express depending on the region and situation.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days for normal orders. For Pre-orders, please refer to the shipping schedule on the product page.

Delivery Status and Dispute

If you have not received your order but the order has shown "Completed" or "Successful", you must contact the local post office or the service provider for your order. You may contact Paypal or your credit card provider to raise the dispute if you have not received it.
