Product

All of our products are 100% authentic and all approved by various movie studios and licensees. Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns and we will be happy to help.

All of our items are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong

Once products are sold out, we never restock our products. Sold out products will be moved to "Archive" Section. 

Shipping

You can check which countries we ship to here (Under Delivery). If you do not see your region in the destination, please contact us. 

Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address: Hong Kong Post, SF Express. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed (this excludes weekends and local public holidays). We will send your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. If you don't receive tracking number, please contact us. 

Please contact us at help@collectong to cancel your order. Please be aware that we cannot cancel orders that are already processed. You must refuse delivery to cancel the order once it's been shipped by us.

Order

We know how annoying customs can be sometimes, so we’re more than happy to help you out. Let us know what customs needs from you, your order number and any other related information. We’ll try our best to get everything taken care of as soon as possible.

If you no longer want your order and your order is eligible for return, you're welcome to return your item to us. If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, all associated return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it's getting there. You can check out delivery options (under Delivery).

Duty or Tax is charged randomly to products moving into different countries and we do not know why. If you are concerned with duty or tax, please leave a message in your order note.
